Winbro Logistics Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the second floor at No. 2, Krishnan Koil Street. It’s a pretty standard street, usually filled with trucks and people moving crates around. Being on the second floor helps us see what's going on outside without being right in the middle of the dust and noise. We handle logistics, so a lot of our time is spent tracking where things are and making sure they don't get stuck somewhere. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and strong coffee. We have a few computers that have seen better days, but they still get the job done for us. Our team is small, and we’ve mostly known each other for years. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategies. We just look at the orders and figure out the best way to move the freight. Sometimes things go wrong with a delivery, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone sorting it out. That's just part of the job. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep, so we don't go down more than we have to. Lunch is usually something brought from home in a tiffin or picked up from a nearby shop. It's a simple operation and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just work hard to keep the goods moving through the system every day.
