We are located at No 147 in the E R Complex on Arcot Road. It’s an old building, number 76/3 if you’re looking at the old records. Being near Ram Theatre in Kodambakkam means there’s always something happening outside. A S Rajashekar Caterers Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but we are just a group of people who know our way around a kitchen. The Arcot Road traffic is something we deal with every single day, especially when we are trying to load the vans for a delivery. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, carrying those big metal containers full of sambar or rice down the stairs and into the vehicles. Our kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s usually loud with the sound of exhaust fans and people shouting orders over the noise of the pots. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing.
