You can find us on Pycropts Road in Triplicane, which is one of the most crowded and lively parts of Chennai. We are situated right near the famous Rathna Cafe, so most people don't have any trouble finding our shop. Our main thing here is biryani, and we have been making it for the local crowd for a long time. Triplicane is a place where people really know their food, so we just stick to what we know works. The shop is small and can get quite cramped when the lunch crowd arrives, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. You can hear the noise of the traffic and the people on the street all day long. We start early in the morning to get the meat and rice ready so everything is fresh when we open. It is a lot of standing around a big pot, but the smell makes it worth it. We don't have fancy seating or air conditioning, just a simple place where you can get a plate of food. Many of our customers are students or people working in the nearby shops who just want a filling meal that doesn't cost too much. We don't do much advertising because the smell of the spices usually brings people in anyway. It is just a regular biryani center doing its thing on a busy street in Triplicane.
