AL-Raiden Broast Multi Restaurant

Our place is at number 308 on Triplicane High Road in Chennai. If you know where the old Star Theatre is, we are right near there. Triplicane is a very old and crowded part of the city, and the High Road is always buzzing with energy. There are motorcycles everywhere and people walking in every direction at all hours. It gets quite hot in the kitchen, especially with the broasters going all day. We spend a lot of time keeping the place cool for the customers who come in to sit down. The restaurant is a multi-cuisine setup, so there is always a lot of different things being prepped at once. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes to keep everything moving. We don't have a big corporate office behind us. It’s just us running the show on the ground every day. We have been in this spot for some time now, and we’ve seen the theatre nearby change and the shops around us turn over. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the orders to worry about that right now. We focus on getting the food out to the tables. Some days are better than others, and sometimes the rain in Chennai makes things a bit messy on the road outside. But we just keep the doors open and the fryers going. It’s a regular life for us here on Triplicane High Road.
