Our shop is located in the PVC Complex on T H Road. It’s Old Washermanpet, so you know it gets crowded and noisy outside pretty much all day long. The address used to be Old No 449, but now it’s New No-972, which confuses some people sometimes when they are looking for us. We have been in this part of Chennai for a while. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people moving around constantly. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. The building isn't new, but it works for us. Inside, it's just a normal setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lights. We just focus on getting the food ready. Usually, the morning starts with prepping the ingredients. By the time the sun is high, T H Road is full of traffic and noise. We see a lot of regulars from the neighborhood. People who work nearby stop in for a quick bite. It’s not the kind of place you come for a long formal meeting. It’s more for people who want something real and straightforward. We keep the counters wiped down and the floors swept as much as we can. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Being in Old Washermanpet means you get all sorts of people. We like the energy of the street even if it’s a bit loud. We just keep doing our thing here at the complex.
