Andavar Lunch Home is at No 5 on T H Road. We are in Washermanpet, right near the Mint Tower. It’s a busy part of Chennai, you probably know the one. We get a lot of people coming in from the main road. It's a small place, nothing too crazy. We've been here in 600021 for a good while. The Mint Tower is the easiest way to find us if you're lost. Washermanpet always has something going on. Our shop is just a regular lunch home for regular people. We serve the folks who live around here and the ones working nearby. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic on T H Road, but it’s quieter once you step inside. We don't have fancy decorations. Just tables and chairs and food. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when the afternoon rush hits. You know how it is in Chennai. Everyone wants their lunch at the same time. We try to keep up. It’s a local spot, through and through. We see the same faces most days. People coming in after shopping or before work. It’s just how things are at No 5. If you're walking past Mint Tower, we aren't far at all. It’s just a simple place to get a meal and go about your day. No fuss involved. We just keep the lights on and the food ready for whoever walks through the door.
