Universal Ventures

Universal Ventures is located at 155, Angappa Naicken Street, right on the second floor. It’s an old part of the city, and the street is usually packed with people and carts moving things around. You have to walk up a flight of stairs that are a bit narrow to find us. Once you’re inside, it’s just a plain office with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with different types of business ventures, though it’s mostly just administrative work when you get down to it. We aren't some big investment firm with a view of the skyline. Our view is mostly of the building across the street and the tops of some delivery trucks. The air conditioner in the main room makes a loud rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. It’s a very informal environment, and we don't really care about titles or corporate hierarchies. We just have a list of things to do every morning and we try to get through it by the end of the day. Some days we're more successful at that than others. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary fluff that you see in modern offices. We just do our thing here and keep the wheels turning.
