Uncle Sams Kitchen Restaurant

Our kitchen is located at number 25/53 on Five Furlong Road in Guindy. If you know Chennai, you know that Guindy is a busy hub with a lot of offices and industrial spots. We are right in the thick of it. Uncle Sams Kitchen Restaurant isn't a place with white tablecloths or fancy waiters. It’s a hardworking kitchen where we cook for the people who spend their days in this part of the city. The heat in Chennai is something else, and our kitchen gets even hotter, but we’re used to it by now. We start our prep work while most people are still asleep, getting the vegetables chopped and the stoves lit. Five Furlong Road has its own character, with the racecourse nearby and all the traffic heading toward the main junctions. We get a lot of people coming in during their lunch breaks, looking for a quick meal that tastes like it was made at home. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. It’s a bit chaotic when the lunch rush hits, but we like the energy. The building itself is just a standard Guindy structure, nothing special to look at from the outside, but we keep the inside clean and the food hot. It’s just a regular local restaurant trying to do things right for the neighborhood. We are usually here until late evening, just making sure the kitchen is closed down properly.
