We don't have a corporate office or a marketing department. It is just the staff here making sure the food is ready and the tables are clean. Being near Rukmani Laksmipathi Road means we get a mix of people coming from the halls nearby or people working in the offices around Egmore. We don't use fancy talk to describe our place. It is just a restaurant where we work hard every day. The morning starts early with prep work, and we stay busy until the late evening. We know the landmarks around us like the back of our hands. People often use the Air India building to find their way to us. It’s a practical location in a historic part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work, serving the community that comes through Egmore. The halls nearby have events often, so we see a lot of people dressed up for functions walking by our place on their way to the main road.
