You can find us at Jabeez Plaza, specifically M Block No 73 in Anna Nagar East. We are right on the 2nd Main Road and quite close to the K4 Police Station. If you live in this part of Chennai, you probably pass by us all the time. Arasappar Chettinadu Restaurant is a place where we do things our way. It isn't a five-star setup with valet parking and all that. It’s just a regular restaurant where we cook Chettinadu style food. We have been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the kitchen is where we spend our time. It’s often loud with the sound of pans and people talking. We don't mind the noise. It shows the place is alive. We use traditional recipes that haven't changed much over the years. Our staff are mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We don't go in for fancy marketing or slogans. We just open the doors every morning and start the stoves. Sometimes we run out of the best dishes before the night is over, so we tell people to come early if they can. It’s a simple business. We work hard, we serve the food, and we go home. That's the way we like it here in Anna Nagar. No fancy tricks, just the food we have ready for the day.
