Sri Ganapathy Military Hotel sits at New No 1 on V V Koil Street in Choolai. We are right near the Thropathi Amman Temple, which most people in Chennai know well. This part of town is always moving, and we have been right here in the middle of it. The hotel isn't a place for staying the night; it's a place where we serve food, the way these local spots always have. We keep things simple. The walls have been here a long time and the kitchen is always busy. Being in Choolai 600007, we get all sorts of people coming in. Some are going to the temple, others are just working nearby.
