Sree Vasudeva Bhavan

Sree Vasudeva Bhavan is over at No 189 on M S Koil Street in Royapuram. We are pretty close to the local police station here in Chennai 600013. Being near the station means there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been running this place for a while and it’s just a standard setup. No big bells or whistles, just a spot to eat. The street can be quite narrow and busy, so we are used to the noise of the city. We have a few tables and we keep them wiped down for whoever comes in next. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in Chennai, but we are used to it by now. The people who work here are just normal folks from the neighborhood. We don’t go in for fancy menus or complicated stuff. It’s just straightforward food for people who are hungry. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the shops on M S Koil Street. We like the community feel of Royapuram. It’s an old part of town and it has a lot of character. We don't try to change things too much. We just stay open and serve whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just do our bit every day without making any big fuss about it.
