Saravana Bhavan Restaurant Vadapalani

Our restaurant, Saravana Bhavan, is right at No 19 on Nsk Salai in Vadapalani. We are very close to the Vadapalani Signal, which most people in Chennai know. It’s a very busy intersection, and we are right in the thick of it at 600026. We’ve been serving food here for a long time. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just open up early and stay busy until late at night. The noise from the signal is always there, but we are used to it by now. It’s just part of being in Vadapalani. We have our regulars who come in every day and then there are the people just passing through the junction. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the tables cleared. It’s a fast-paced way to work, but it suits us. Being at No 19 has its ups and downs with the traffic, but it’s our home. We’ve been here through a lot of changes in the neighborhood. We don't change much ourselves, though. We just keep doing what we’ve always done. If you are near the signal, you can’t really miss us. We are just a local restaurant doing our daily job. It is what it is. We've been here for years, and we'll probably be here for many more to come.
