Prime Roaster Restaurant Aminjikarai Head Office

If you go to Nelson Towers on Nelson Manickam Road, you’ll find us on the first floor. We are Prime Roaster Restaurant Aminjikarai Head Office, and we sit right above the Sangeetha Hotel. It’s a very busy spot in Chennai. The traffic on Nelson Manickam Road is almost always heavy, and there’s a lot of noise from the street below. We use this space as our main office to manage everything. It’s not a restaurant where you come to eat, but it’s where all the planning happens. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We spend our days coordinating with the different branches and making sure things are running okay. Being in Aminjikarai means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. It’s easy to get to, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve got our desks and our files, and we just work through the tasks one by one. It’s a regular office environment, nothing too special to look at. We mostly deal with the business side of things, like supplies and staffing. Sometimes we grab a coffee from downstairs when we need a break. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the business side of the restaurants moving along smoothly. We don't do much besides keep things organized so the food side of things can happen elsewhere.
