Pizza Corner (Anna Nagar)

This Pizza Corner is located at B-7 on II Avenue in Anna Nagar East. This part of Chennai has a lot of trees and wide roads. We are in a spot that gets a good amount of shade in the afternoon. The building is a simple one, and we are on the ground level. We start our day by turning on the ovens and getting the dough ready. It is a quiet routine. Anna Nagar East feels different from the rest of the city; it is a bit more relaxed. We see a lot of students and families who live in the nearby blocks. In the evenings, the street lights come on and the neighborhood gets a bit more active. People walk their dogs or go for a stroll and sometimes they stop by. We have some chairs where people can sit and wait. The walls are pretty plain, and we do not have much in the way of decor. It is just a place to get food. We focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We have been at this address for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It is a steady life. We are not trying to change the world, we are just making lunch and dinner for the people who live on II Avenue.
