Our Building & Construction

We are based over at No.22/2 in Welcome Colony. It’s right in the Thirumangalam area of Anna Nagar West. Our office is a simple room where we keep all the blueprints and site files. There’s usually a pile of safety helmets in the corner and some heavy boots near the door. We spend more time out at the work sites than we do sitting at our desks. Building and construction is a messy business, and we are used to the dust and the noise. My cousin and I started this because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. We talk to the masons and the carpenters every morning to see what needs doing next. Some days the materials don't arrive on time, and we have to figure out a new plan on the spot. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. The neighborhood here is quite residential, so we try not to be too loud when we are loading the trucks early in the morning. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office walls are covered with photos of houses we finished. We don't have a website or anything; we just use a phone and a notebook to keep track of everything. Customers usually just drop by the office or call us because they saw one of our boards at a site. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
