We are located at number 102 on Mahalingapuram Main Road, which is right next to the HDFC ATM. Nungambakkam is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Our shop isn't very large. It’s a compact space where we serve meals throughout the day. The name basically means 'one meal,' and that’s what we focus on. We don't have an endless menu with hundreds of items. We just make a few things and try to make them properly. The morning starts with us getting the rice ready and prepping the vegetables. By lunchtime, the place is usually full of people from the nearby offices. It can get a bit hot in here when the sun is out, even with the fans going. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a big marketing plan. It’s just us in the kitchen and one or two people helping out front. The tables are basic, and we use stainless steel plates mostly. We’ve had the same regulars for a long time, and we like that they keep coming back. It’s a simple, local business. We don't pretend to be a fine-dining establishment. We just want to give you a plate of food that tastes like it was made in a real kitchen. If you're looking for us, look for the ATM, we're right there.
