Ninans Restaurant

Ninans Restaurant is found at the YMCA Building on NSC Bose Road, right in the Parrys area of Chennai. We are sitting right opposite the High Court, so you can imagine it gets very busy around here during the day. Lawyers, clerks, and all sorts of people are always rushing around outside our windows. We have been in this building for quite a while. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has a lot of history to it. Because we are near the court, lunchtimes are usually a bit of a scramble, but we manage to get everyone fed. It’s a simple setup inside. We don't go for anything too flashy because the people coming in are usually in a hurry or just want a quiet meal before heading back to work. Parrys is a crowded place, and we are just one small part of it. The traffic on NSC Bose Road never really stops, but once you step inside the YMCA building, things feel a little different. We serve a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. It is a family-run kind of vibe, even if it gets hectic. We just keep things moving, serving food to whoever needs it. It’s just us, doing our daily work in this busy corner of Chennai. We might not be the fanciest place, but we are always here.
