You can find us at Armenian Street in the Parrys area of Chennai. Our building has the old number 54 but the new one is 111. Parrys is one of those places that is always crowded and full of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. The streets are narrow and there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been here for quite some time, through all the changes in the city. The restaurant is a bit of a hideaway from the heat and the noise of the street. It’s a simple place with a lot of history because of where it’s located. Most of the people who come in are regulars who work in the local markets or offices around Armenian Street. We don't do anything flashy. We just focus on keeping the pots moving in the kitchen and making sure people get their meals. The building itself shows its age a bit, but that’s just part of being in an old part of Chennai like Parrys. We see a lot of couriers, traders, and shoppers every single day. It’s a fast-paced environment but we’ve found our own rhythm over the years. We just keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever finds their way to us. It’s just how we operate. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the midday rush here, but we manage. You get used to the sounds.
