Muraa Chettinad Restaurant

We've been running Muraa Chettinad Restaurant here in Anna Nagar West for a while now. Our spot is right in the Tnhb Complex, just across from Ganga Sweets. It is a busy area, but people find us easily enough. We focus on the food we know how to make, mostly those spicy Chettinad flavors people around here like. It's not a fancy place, just some tables and chairs where you can sit down and have a meal. The kitchen gets pretty loud during the lunch rush, and sometimes we run out of things if it's been a busy day. We try to keep things simple. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us since we opened. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just make sure the rice is hot and the gravies have enough spice in them. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially being near the main road, but once you're inside, it’s mostly about the food. We use the recipes we grew up with, nothing too complicated. If you're walking past the Tnhb complex or getting something at the sweet shop across the street, you'll see our sign. It's just a regular local eating house. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is clean and ready for whoever walks through the door. It's honest work and we've gotten used to the daily routine of prepping vegetables and setting up the counters every morning.
