Mehndi Restaurant

Mehndi Restaurant is located at No 10 on Ramaswamy Street, which is just off Usman Road in T Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how busy T Nagar can get, especially with all the shoppers. We are right near Fathima Jewellery, so a lot of people stop in after looking at gold or clothes all morning. Our street is usually crowded and full of energy, and we have become a small part of that daily buzz. We aren't a big chain or a fancy establishment. We are just a local restaurant where you can get a meal in the middle of a shopping trip. The space is simple and we try to use the room we have as best as we can. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the traffic on Usman Road, but that is just part of being in this area. We see tourists, locals, and shop workers coming through our doors every day. We don't use any complicated recipes or try to be something we are not. We just cook what we know and serve it to whoever walks in. It has been our way of doing things for a long time. People seem to like that they can find us easily behind the main jewelry shops. We are just here doing our job and serving the people who visit T Nagar. It's a busy life, but we like it that way.
