Mash Restaurant

Our restaurant, Mash, is located at No T-54 B on the first floor of a building on Elliots Beach Road. We are right above the Cool N Cool shop in Besant Nagar. This is a very popular part of Chennai, especially because the beach is just a short walk away. The pin code here is 600090. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve seen how the area changes depending on the season. When the weather is nice, the whole street is packed with people. Our place is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. It’s not a huge restaurant, but we have enough space for a good number of people. We don't have a big team of chefs or managers. It’s just a few of us who handle everything from the cooking to the billing. The kitchen is always busy, and sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the cooking going on. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local spot where you can get a meal. We spend our days prepping ingredients and making sure the tables are ready for the next set of customers. Besant Nagar has a very relaxed vibe, and we try to fit in with that. It’s hard work, especially on the weekends, but we like being part of the beach community here.
