Kane N Abel Restaurant

Kane N Abel Restaurant is located inside the Breeze Hotel at No 850. We are on Poonamallee High Road in the Kilpauk area of Chennai 600010. Being inside a hotel means we get a mix of people staying upstairs and folks from the neighborhood coming in to eat. The restaurant has been here for a bit and we just try to keep things moving. It’s not the quietest place because Poonamallee High Road is one of the busiest roads you can find. You can always hear the horns and engines outside. Inside, we just focus on the food and the service. We aren't trying to be a Michelin star place or anything like that. It's just a dining room where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. Our staff knows most of the regulars by name now. We have some heavy curtains to block out the sun during the afternoon. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a large group comes in unannounced, but we manage to get the plates out. We don't have a fancy website or do much on social media. People usually find us because they are at the hotel or they live nearby in Kilpauk. Just a regular restaurant called Kane N Abel doing its thing every day. We spend a lot of time polishing glasses and resetting tables. It's just a job that we do with our own hands.
