Iss Integrated Facility Services

Iss Integrated Facility Services has its office over in Nungambakkam at EL Height. We are on the second floor, which is right near the Valluvar Kottam signal on Kodambakkam High Road. It is a very busy part of Chennai, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic outside our windows. Our work is mostly about managing buildings and keeping things running for other companies. We have a lot of people on our team who go out to different sites across the city to handle cleaning or maintenance work. The office here on CM Street is where we coordinate everything and keep the paperwork in order. It is a practical space, not really for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings trying to figure out schedules for the next day. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. Being so close to the signal means it is easy for staff to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been based in this neighborhood for a while, and we just focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. It is just a regular office where everyone is busy trying to stay on top of the daily tasks. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever maintenance problems pop up.
