Cream Centre

We are located at New No 55, which used to be Old No 25, on 2nd Main Road in R A Puram. This part of Chennai has a specific kind of feel to it. It is not as loud as some other areas, but it still has plenty of life. Being in the 600028 zip code means we are surrounded by houses and other small shops. We have been here at Cream Centre for a bit, and we have seen the street change over the years. The morning routine is always the same—checking the supplies and making sure the floor is swept. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us; it is just the people who work here day in and day out. The 2nd Main Road can get a bit tight with parking sometimes, which is a bit of a headache for everyone, but people seem to figure it out. We like being in R A Puram because the neighbors are mostly regulars who know our names. It is a simple place where we try to keep things steady. We don't try to be the flashiest spot on the block. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen running. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain floods the street a little, but we just deal with it as it comes.
