Apex Powelec. We’re located in Nandanam, Chennai. The address is Old 31, New 42, on North Road in West CIT Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets very crowded during the rush hour. The building is a typical Chennai structure, nothing too modern. We handle power-related electronics. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking. We have some storage in the back for the heavier equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery. We’ve been at this North Road location for a while now, so the neighbors all know us. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything. You just walk in and someone will help you. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working on the equipment. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building, so we keep the blinds down mostly. We’re not a huge company, just a dedicated group of people doing our jobs. Sometimes we have tea together in the morning before the calls start coming in. It’s a decent place to work. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just make sure the orders are right and the equipment works. Nandanam is a good spot for us. There is a small tea shop just around the corner that makes the best ginger chai for our breaks.
