We are located at 1 Vidyasagar Sarani in the Silpara area of Behala. Kolkata Electronics has been a fixture here for quite some time. Behala has a different vibe compared to the central parts of the city. It feels more grounded and a bit slower, though the traffic on Diamond Harbour Road can be a nightmare. Our shop is on the ground level, so it is easy for neighbors and customers to pop in and ask about a television repair or a new part they need. We have shelves lined with all sorts of gadgets and components. It is a bit of a maze sometimes because we try to keep everything on hand. The walls are covered with old calendars and some charts. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. When the monsoon hits, we have to keep an eye on the doorstep to make sure the water doesn't come in, but that is just life in Silpara. Our technicians work in the back room, and you can usually hear the sound of a screwdriver or a testing meter. We aren't trying to be a big chain store. We are just a local business trying to provide a service that people in the area need. It’s a simple, honest setup and we are happy to be part of the community here.
