Balwant Singh S Eating House

We are located at 10/8 Harish Mukherjee Road in Bhowanipur. This part of Kolkata has a lot of history and old buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. Our eating house has been around for a long time. People know us for being open when other places might be closed. It is a bit of a simple setup, with basic tables and chairs. The walls have seen many years of steam and cooking. We get a mix of all kinds of people here. Some come for a quick tea, and others stay for a full meal. The street outside is always crowded with yellow taxis and people walking to the metro station nearby. We do not really have a fancy decor or a uniform for the staff. We just wear what is comfortable for working in a hot kitchen. The smells of the food usually drift out onto the sidewalk, which helps people find us. We do not spend money on ads because word of mouth has always worked for us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic during the rush hours, but that is just how things are in Bhowanipur. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone can afford to eat here. It is just a regular place where you can get a hot meal without any drama. We plan to stay here as long as the city keeps moving and people are hungry.
