Aamer Chambers / Aamer Holdings Ltd

We are located at 2 Church Lane in Calcutta, right near the GPO. It is an old part of the city with a lot of history in the buildings. We are opposite Nicco House and very close to the Bankshall Court. Because of the court nearby, the street is always full of lawyers and people with paperwork. Aamer Chambers is an older building, and it has that classic Calcutta feel to it. We have been here for quite some time now. The hallways are a bit narrow and the ceilings are high. It is not a modern glass office, but it works for what we do. Dealing with the traffic in this part of town is a daily struggle, especially when the rains come and the streets get a bit flooded. We mostly spend our time dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with managing a place like this. There is a lot of old furniture and stacks of files. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but it is home for us. We do not have a fancy reception desk with a uniform. It is just us in our regular clothes doing the work. The 700001 pin code is one of the oldest in the city. We like the character of this neighborhood even if it is a bit loud and crowded. It is just how life is in central Calcutta.
