Aparna Trading Corp

Our office is located at 5 Clive House on Strand Road in Kolkata, right across from Marshall House. If you know this part of the city, you know that the 700001 area is where all the old business happens. Strand Road is always busy with trucks, people carrying loads, and the general humidity that comes from being near the water. We have been in this building for quite a while, and the walls have that old Kolkata feel to them. Aparna Trading Corp isn't a high-tech startup. We are a trading business, which means a lot of our time is spent on the phone, looking at invoices, and dealing with physical goods that need to go from one place to another. The traffic outside is constant, and the sound of horns is just the background music to our workday. We don't have a polished front desk or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just desks, filing cabinets, and people trying to get things done before the day ends. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the fans on the ceiling don't quite push away the heat, but we are used to it by now. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the month, and we just try to keep our heads down and do the work properly without making a big deal out of it.
