Bangasree Restaurant

We are over here at 76, Sarat Bose Rd in Bhowanipur. It is a busy spot and people are always walking by on the sidewalk. Most mornings start early when we unlock the front door and get things ready for whoever comes in first. The street outside gets quite loud by noon but it is just how things are in this part of town. Our address is 700025 if you are looking on a map. We have been at this location for a while now and the walls show it a bit. Some of the tables have wobbles and we just fold up a bit of paper to put under the legs to keep them steady. It works fine. It is not fancy here at all. We just keep the lights on and make sure there are enough chairs for everyone who stops by. Sometimes the fans make a little clicking noise but usually nobody minds. Bhowanipur is a crowded area so there is always something happening right outside the window. We see the same people most days. They live nearby or work in the shops down the road. We do not have a big sign or anything like that, just the name Bangasree Restaurant on the front so people know it is us. It is just a regular place where you can sit down for a bit. We don't change much around here because the regulars like things the way they are. It stays pretty much the same year after year.
