Babul A Family Restaurant

We set up Babul A Family Restaurant right here in Koyla Vihar Abhinandan on the ground floor. It's been a while since we started in Unit G6a on VIP Road. If you are coming from the Kolkata Airport side, we are right there near the State Bank of Mysore. Usually, families come in after work or on weekends. It's not a big fancy place, just somewhere to sit and eat. We keep things pretty simple. The kitchen stays busy because people around here seem to like the food we cook up. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when it's full, but that's just how a family place goes. We don't really do anything too extra. Most of the staff have been with us for a bit now, and they know the regulars by name. It’s funny how some people always order the same thing every single time they visit. We mostly focus on getting the plates out on time. The floor is easy to clean, and we try to keep the chairs comfortable enough for a long meal. It’s just us doing our thing every day. You might have seen our sign while driving toward the airport. Nothing too special about the decor, just some tables and chairs. We deal with the usual daily stuff, like making sure the supplies come in fresh and the lights are working. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen, but we stay at it. We are just glad to be part of the neighborhood.
