Bedouin Restaurant

You can find us at 8A Nandy Street, just off Sarat Bose Road. We’ve been here in the 700029 area for quite a while now. The restaurant isn't very large, which means it gets pretty cramped when the dinner crowd arrives. We have a few tables squeezed in, and the kitchen is right in the back. You can usually smell what’s cooking the moment you turn the corner onto our street. We spend our afternoons prepping ingredients and making sure the floors are mopped before we open up. It’s a lot of manual labor, and our hands are usually stained from spices or covered in flour. We don’t have a fancy waiting area, so people often end up standing out on the sidewalk if it's full. That’s just the way it is on Nandy Street. Our staff has been with us for years, and we all know each other’s habits by now. The air conditioning works okay, though it struggles a bit when the place is packed. We don’t put much effort into advertising or social media. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here since they were younger. We just focus on getting the food right and keeping the lights on. It’s a busy, noisy place, but that’s how we like it. Sarat Bose Road is always moving, and we’re just a small part of that.
