Ami Electronics Engineering

It’s been a while since we set up shop here on Arabindo Road. If you know the Jadavpur or Santoshpur area, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days we are just busy with the engineering side of things, looking at circuits or dealing with parts that come in. People around here stop by when they have something that needs a look. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where tools are usually scattered around and there’s always something being worked on. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the peak hours in Santoshpur, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple. If something is broken, we try to figure out why. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for work, so we aren't big on social media or anything. We’ve been at 16 Arabindo Road for quite some time now. The neighborhood has changed a lot, more shops opening up, but we are still here doing what we do. It’s just us and our tools most of the time. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around electronics. It keeps us busy and that’s fine with us. We usually open early and stay until the work is done. There’s always a cup of tea nearby to keep us going through the afternoon slump.
