Jaisalmer is a place with a lot of history, and Fort Road is always full of activity. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for folks to walk to. Our place isn't very big, but we make do with the space we have. It’s a local business and we spend most of our time here making sure things are tidy. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a restaurant where you can come in from the heat of the Rajasthan sun. The street outside can get a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just Jaisalmer for you. We see many people walking up toward the fort or coming back down after a long day of sightseeing. We are just a small part of this street. There are no big managers here, just the people who actually work the tables and the kitchen. We’ve been at this address for some time now and like being part of the local community. If you see Padam Niwas, just look across the street and you will see us right there. It is a straightforward place for regular people who want a meal without any of the extra fuss.
