Greening Restaurant

We are located at Jindani Chowk in Jaisalmer. Greening Restaurant has been a part of this corner for a while now. If you know the area, it is easy to find us. Jaisalmer can get quite hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for whoever walks in. We do not have a massive menu, just the stuff we know how to make well. Most days it is a mix of locals stopping by and travelers who are exploring the fort and the old streets. The stone walls of the building keep things feeling solid. We have some outdoor seating but most people prefer to stay inside when the sun is up. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you might see the kids around or hear us talking in the back. We do not use fancy ordering systems, just pen and paper. Sometimes we run out of things if it is a busy day, but we try to keep the basics stocked up. It is a simple spot in a very old city. We like being at the chowk because there is always something to look at out the window. If you are walking through the market area, we are right there. We do not do much advertising, people just seem to find us by word of mouth. It is just a quiet place to sit and have a meal.
