Our place is in the BMK Commercial Center, specifically Shop No. 309 on the 3rd floor. We are right in the Attavar area of Mangaluru, which stays pretty lively throughout the week. It is a commercial building, so there are always people coming and going in the hallways. Our office is a bit small, tucked away in the corner, but it is perfect for what we do. We handle international academy matters, which means lots of emails and international calls at odd hours because of the time zones. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear the neighbors sometimes, but that is just life in a busy center. We have got a few computers and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry, but we make it work. Falnir is a good spot to be in, close to everything in Dakshina Kannada. We are not a massive organization with hundreds of staff. It is just a handful of us who know the business well and work together. We spend our days sorting out applications and talking to students about their future plans. It is honest work and we do not try to make it sound like something it is not. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a few families visit at once to ask questions. We just pull up some extra chairs and try to help everyone. It is a practical environment. We have been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. It gets the job done.
