Bay View Little School (Advanced Montessori School)

Down in Yekkur, you can find Bay View Little School. We are located in Den Mac House, right in the Megina Mane area of Bajal. It's a Mangalore neighborhood that feels pretty settled. We use the Montessori way for the little ones here. It’s a bit different from the standard schools, but it seems to work for the kids who come to us. The building is just a regular house setup, which makes it feel a bit more like home for the younger children. We’ve got our rooms set up with all the specific materials they need. Usually, it's pretty lively inside once the morning starts. Living and working in Mangalore, we get a lot of local families from around the 575007 area. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who care about how the children spend their early years. It’s not a corporate place at all. Sometimes things are a bit messy because kids are kids, but we keep it clean enough. We spend a lot of time just watching how they interact with the stuff we put out for them. Parents usually hear about us through neighbors or friends in the Bajal area. We don't do much shouting about what we do. We just open the doors every weekday and get on with the Montessori activities. It’s a steady pace here and we like it that way. We just keep it simple.
