Seaside Guest House

Seaside Guest House is right at 14 Goubert Avenue. If you know the area, you know that is the road that runs along the water. It is a nice spot but it gets very crowded on the weekends when the road is closed to cars. We have been running this guest house for a while now. The building is old and we try to keep it looking okay despite the salt air. The zip code is 605001 if you are looking for it on a map. We have a few rooms and they are pretty basic. We don't provide a lot of extras. People stay here because they want to be near the promenade. You can hear the waves at night which is one of the better parts of being here. The staff is just a few of us who live nearby. We handle the check-ins and the cleaning ourselves. It is a lot of walking up and down the stairs. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great but we fix it when we can. It is a simple life running a place like this. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just walk in or call us up. We like being by the sea even when it is hot and sticky out. It keeps us busy and we meet a lot of travelers from all over the place who are just looking for a quiet bed to sleep in. We spend our mornings washing linens and getting the rooms ready for whoever arrives next.
