Arcadia

Arcadia is located at 164/1 on the main road that goes from Puducherry to Tindivanam. It’s right on the highway, so it gets a lot of people driving past our spot. We are technically in the Pondicherry Ho area, but it feels a bit outside the main town. The air is a bit different out here. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. It’s a straightforward place. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on managing the property and taking care of whoever comes through. The sun can be quite strong on this road, so it’s a bit of a relief to step inside. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just a few of us who look after the daily chores. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people in. Most folks just see the sign as they drive by and decide to stop. The building is simple and we try to keep it in decent shape. It’s not a luxury setup, just a practical one. We spend our days dealing with the usual stuff like maintenance and talking to visitors. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the vehicles on the main road. We’re just a local business trying to do our part along the highway. There’s always someone stopping by for something.
