Bristo Restaurant

Bristo Restaurant is at Survey No 198/1 & 198/2, which is part of The Wind Flower Resort. We are located on Maraimalai Adigal Street in the Ariyankuppam area of Pondicherry, 605007. This spot is also known as being in the Manavely Revenue Village, near Chinnaveeram Pattinam. It is a bit of a long address, but we are easy to find if you are in Ariyankuppam. We work right here on the resort property every day. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or out in the dining room making sure things are ready for the guests. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy meetings. It is just a small staff of us, the stoves, and the tables. We spend our mornings setting the places and cleaning the floor before people arrive. The weather in Pondicherry gets very hot, so we just keep the fans on and keep working through the heat. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or fancy place in the area. We just serve food and try to keep our workspace tidy. Some days are very busy with resort guests, and other days it is just a few local people from the village stopping by. We don't do any big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they see us while they are staying nearby. It is a very normal, honest way to run a restaurant. We just focus on our daily chores.
