Roof Garden Restaurant

Roof Garden Restaurant is located at No 50 Goubert Avenue. We are part of the Ajantha Sea View Hotel building on Beach Road in Pondicherry. The pin code is 605001. Being right opposite the beach is the main thing about our spot. You can hear the waves and feel the breeze coming off the water. It’s a nice place to be, though it gets very crowded on the weekends with people walking along the promenade. We aren't a fancy, high-end place. We just have a nice view from where we are. The restaurant is set up so you can enjoy the atmosphere of the coast. We’ve been here for a while, and we see all sorts of people walking by. Sometimes the salt from the sea air makes things a bit tricky to maintain, but we do our best to keep the place looking okay. It’s not perfect, but it’s ours. We don't use any corporate talk here. We just serve food and let the location do the rest. Most of our day is spent cleaning up or getting the kitchen ready for the next rush. It’s a lot of work, but being by the sea makes it better. If you’re walking down Goubert Avenue, you’ll see us there across from the beach. Just come up and sit for a while. We are just local people running a restaurant.
