Rendzvous Cafe Restaurant

We are located at 30 Rue Suffren in Pondicherry. It’s a nice spot in the old part of town where the streets are a bit narrower and the pace is a lot slower than the main city. Rendzvous Cafe Restaurant is really just a simple place for a coffee or a meal. We’ve been at this address for a long while now. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or out front talking to the people who wander in. Since we are on Rue Suffren, we get a mix of locals and people visiting the area. We don't have a polished manual on how to do things. We just try to be friendly and get the food out on time. The atmosphere is pretty informal. You can see the old walls and the simple tables we’ve used for years. It’s a practical business. We focus on the daily tasks like buying fresh ingredients and keeping the floors clean. There isn't much more to say about it. If you’re walking around the 605001 area and need a break, we are usually there. It’s a quiet life, mostly, and we like the neighborhood just as it is.
