Om Saravana Bavan has been around for some time now here at No 248, Vazthavoor Road. If you are looking for us, we are right in the Kathirkamam area of Pondicherry, specifically opposite the Indra Gandhi Medecal Kathirkamam. It is a busy spot and people often stop by when they are heading to the hospital or just passing through the neighborhood. We started this place because we wanted to serve simple food that people like to eat every day. There is nothing fancy about the way we do things here. We just wake up early, get the kitchen ready, and start cooking. You will see us busy with the pots and pans from the morning onwards. The tables are basic and the walls might need a bit of paint, but the food is what matters to the regulars who come in. Most people who live around Kathirkamam know where we are. It gets quite loud during lunch and dinner when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working hard to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is too big, but that is just how it goes in a small shop like ours. We appreciate everyone who stops by for a quick bite. It is not a corporate chain or anything like that, just a local spot where you can get a meal without any fuss or high prices. We just keep it real for our customers every single day.
