Bussy Street is a very famous spot in Pondicherry and it’s always crowded with shoppers and people on scooters. Being in the bazaar means it’s never quiet. We have our regulars who come in, and then we have the tourists who are exploring the old part of town. The building is tucked in there with all the other shops. We spend our time making sure the kitchen is ready and the dining area is clean. It’s a small operation but it keeps us very busy. Next door at Pizza Hut, it’s always loud, but we have our own vibe here. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a restaurant on Bussy Street. The humidity in Pondicherry can be tough, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of the bazaar for a while. Every morning we open up and get to work. It’s a lot of prep work before the first person even walks in. People usually find us because they are already in the bazaar for shopping. It’s a good place to be if you like being in the middle of everything. We just keep doing what we do every day.
