L B 2 Lounge

Our lounge is located at No 2, Labourdonnais Street here in Pondicherry. We’re pretty easy to spot because we are right near the City Bank. It’s a nice part of town, usually a bit quieter than the main market areas. We’ve been running this spot for a while now. It’s a place where people can come and just sit for a bit. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character, though we’re always fixing something or other. We handle the drinks and the food ourselves with a small team. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us if the wind is right. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing because most of our regulars just live or work nearby. It’s a simple operation. We open the doors, set the tables, and wait for people to drop by. We’ve got some old chairs that are still comfortable. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just wanted a space that felt local and real. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late, but we make do with what we have in the pantry. It’s just us doing our thing on Labourdonnais Street every day. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop in to say hello while they're out.
