Our office is situated at Nasaratpur in the Kalna area, though the mail goes through Bankura according to the records we have. We go by Purbasthali-I Block Krishikranti Farmers Producer Company Limited. We share some space with Tangailtantbastra near the Railbazar. It is a busy little area and easy enough to find if you are local. We are a group of farmers who thought it made sense to work as one unit instead of everyone doing their own thing separately. There is a lot to handle when you are farming in West Bengal, from getting the right supplies to dealing with the harvest. Being part of a producer company lets us pool our efforts. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Most days involve someone stopping by the office to check on paperwork or discuss what we are planting next.
