C D M R Agro Private Limited is our little company based in Madhabchak. We are located at Mrityunjoy Guchhait’s place, which is under the Narayangarh police station and Jhanjianankar post office. It sounds like a lot of directions, but it’s easy enough to find once you’re in the area. We work in the agricultural sector, mostly dealing with the local produce and making sure everything is handled correctly. This part of the country is very focused on the land, and we are no different. We spend most of our time talking to farmers and checking on the quality of what’s coming in. It isn't a glamorous job. There’s a lot of mud and long hours involved. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well. We try to be fair and honest with everyone we deal with because news travels fast in Madhabchak. If you treat people right, they’ll keep coming back. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people just know to come to Mrityunjoy’s place if they need to talk about agro business. We’ve had some good years and some lean ones, but that’s the nature of the work. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily tasks. It’s a living, and it’s one we’re proud of in our own quiet way. It works for us.
