Naipal Singh Shishodiya

My name is Naipal Singh Shishodiya and this is my place of work. We are in the village of Bethuadahari, which is right opposite the BD Office. If you are coming through Nakashipara, you just have to look for the police station and we are in that general area. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities. We don't have a big corporate name because it's just me and a few others working here. We do whatever work comes our way in this village. Being near the BD Office means there are always people moving around, which is good for us. The atmosphere here is very local. We know everyone’s family and who is doing what. We don't have a big factory or expensive machines. We just use what we have to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit and wait, or work by hand. It’s a simple way of living. We don't have a set of corporate rules or anything like that. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at night. Bethuadahari is a small place, and everyone knows where the Nakashipara police station is, so finding us isn't hard. We have been here for years, and most of our business comes from people just walking in because they saw us while going to the office across the road. We are just a local operation doing what we can.
