We are the Krishnaganj Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our base is at Ramkrishna Biswas’s place in Babupara, which is in the Shibnibas area of Nadia. This is where we gather to talk about the farming business. Nadia has always been a place where people rely on the soil, and we are no different. We help each other out with inputs and selling what we grow. It is a humble setup in Babupara, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and some chairs where we sit and figure out the logistics. Most of us grew up here and have known these fields since we were kids. There is a lot of talk about fertilizer prices and weather patterns every single day. We don't use big words or have fancy brochures. We just show up and do what farmers do. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for too long because everyone has a different opinion on how to handle the harvest. It gets loud and a bit messy, but that’s just how we operate. We are just trying to keep the farming community here together. The office is usually dusty from the nearby road, and there's always someone coming in to ask a question. We don’t mind. It’s part of being a local business in a place like Shibnibas. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
